Marc Bhalla in the Summer 2015 issue of CondoVoice

The Summer edition of CondoVoice magazine - an award winning quarterly publication of the Toronto & Area Chapter of the Canadian Condominium Institute (CCI Toronto) - features an article that Marc Bhalla wrote on pages 35, 37 and 50. 

In his article, titled Litigate or Mediate? Choose Your Own Adventure, Marc presents a unique, interactive story that puts the reader in the shoes of a condominium director facing an emerging conflict within his/her community and having to decide whether to proceed to optional mediation or to litigation to address it.
