Patricia Elia will be participating in the 2016 CCI National Leaders' Forum in her capacity as President of the Huronia Chapter of the Canadian Condominium Institute.

Thursday, May 26^th – Ottawa, ON

Megan Molloy, Eric Pelot and Caroline Karalasingham will be attending the welcome reception of the 4^th annual conference hosted by the Association of Condominium Managers of Ontario (ACMO) and the Eastern Ontario Chapter of the Canadian Condominium Institute.

Thursday, May 26^th – Vancouver, BC

Marc Bhalla will be speaking at the first session of the 2016 CCI National Leaders’ Forum about the CondoSTRENGTH program that he helped develop for the Toronto & Area Chapter of the Canadian Condominium Institute. Joined by Ernie Nyitrai, Marc will share the journey of the development of the program with CCI chapters from coast to coast and offer tips and insights that they can leverage to better serve condominium directors throughout Canada. 

Marc is so dedicated to the CondoSTRENGTH program that he has passed on a rare opportunity to play hockey at Maple Leaf Gardens to put on his condominium director's hat and facilitate the program’s next director networking event on June 1^st in Toronto. (Unlike spectator attendance at arenas when Marc's hockey team plays, the networking event has reached full capacity!)

Friday, May 27^th – Ottawa, ON

Richard Elia will be speaking at the 4^th annual conference hosted by the Association of Condominium Managers of Ontario (ACMO) and the Eastern Ontario Chapter of the Canadian Condominium Institute in Ottawa on Friday, May 27^th.

Richard will be participating on the Legal Panel presenting at 2pm.  He will provide an update on Bill 106 and will then focus on court cases involving "Parties Behaving Badly" and the resulting cost consequences.

Thursday, June 2^nd – Ottawa, ON

As part of Elia Associates’ commitment to education, Richard Elia is volunteering his time to attend a portion of a local condominium’s Annual General Meeting to speak to owners about some of the basics of condominium operations and fielding their questions.

Saturday, June 4^th – Milton, ON

Richard Elia will be joined by Erica Gerstheimer, Brigitte Finoro and Stefan Nespoli in presenting a Level 300 condominium course on Owners and Directors Meetings for the Golden Horseshoe Chapter of the Canadian Condominium Institute at the Teatro Conference & Events Centre from 8am to 1pm. This advanced level course will delve into the theory and practice of regular and special condominium meetings and will include a "workshop" for those in attendance.

Thursday, June 9^th – Oakville, ON

Richard Elia will be joined by Rob Mullin, Maria Durdan and Michael Clifton in making a Golden Horseshoe Chatper of the Canadian Condominium Institute presentation to the Oakville & Milton Real Estate Board to provide realtors with insights into the mechanics of due diligence in respect of condominium properties - new and re-sale - with a particular focus upon the interpretation of Status Certificates.
