CONDOMINIUM ACT REVIEW - Bill 106 - Speak Now...

As the Second Reading of Bill 106, Protecting Condominium Owners Act, 2015 has been recently completed, the Standing Committee on Finance and Economic Affairs will soon be meeting to consider the new, draft legislation.

Public hearings will be held in Toronto on October 22nd and 29th, 2015. 

Anyone interested in making an oral presentation during these hearings should contact the Clerk of the Committee by 12:00 noon on Monday, October 19, 2015.

Written submissions will also be accepted until 6pm on Thursday, October 29, 2015.  Submissions can be sent to Room 1405, Whitney Block, Queen's Park, Toronto, ON  M7A 1A2
