Marc Bhalla & Richard Elia in CM Magazine

The Fall 2013 edition of Condominium Manager (CM) magazine - the quarterly publication of the Association of Condominium Managers of Ontario (ACMO) - features an article by Marc Bhalla and Richard Elia on page 33. 

The article is titled "Addressing Feedback on Dispute Resolution" and includes replies by Richard and Marc in respect of various feedback that has been received surrounding the Dispute Resolution Model put forward by the Dispute Resolution Sub-Committee formed by the Joint Government Relations Committee of the ACMO and the Toronto & Area Chapter of the Canadian Condominium Institute.

In their article, Marc and Richard address feedback on early intervention, education, fines and accessibility, which topics have also been referenced in the recently released Stage 2 Solutions Report in respect of the Government of Ontario's ongoing condominium legislative review.
