Marc Bhalla in ADR Update

The Spring 2015 edition of ADR Update (the quarterly newsletter of the ADR Institute of Ontario) features an article by Marc Bhalla titled "Refusing To Mediate Can Cost You".

Marc's article appears on pages 10 and 11 and in it he shares his analogy of mandatory mediation being akin to eating one's veggies in the course of reviewing a recent condominium case where parties were penalized for attempting to avoid mediating a dispute.
