Marc Bhalla in the Q3 2014 ACMO Quarterly Report

The 3rd Quarter 2014 Report of the Association of Condominium Managers of Ontario (ACMO) features an article on mandatory mediation by Marc Bhalla on page 10.  In his article, Marc writes about the occasions where the Condominium Act, 1998 requires disputes to proceed to mediation and the opportunities that mediating presents.
