The Summer 2014 edition of ADR Update - the quarterly newsletter of the ADR Institute of Ontario - features an article by Marc Bhalla that examines how condominium corporations can participate in mediation when directly involved in a dispute.

Marc's article appears on pages 9 and 10 of the summer newsletter and is titled "When a Condominium Corporation is a Party to the Dispute, How Does Mediation Work?".
