How & Where To Vote on June 12th

Ontario's provincial election is today! While many Ontarians may not appreciate the election being called or their choice of candidates, this election is particularly interesting and engaging for the stakeholders of the province's condominiums. As you know, Elia Associates PC has been heavily involved these past few years in the work being undertaken to update Ontario's condominium legislation. While this election has ground such work to a halt, it would appear, and we would hope, that all parties will be proceeding to advance the process following the election – though each may take varying paths.
