Marc Bhalla in the Spring 2014 issue of CM Magazine

The Spring 2014 edition of Condominium Manager (CM) magazine - the quarterly publication of the Association of Condominium Managers of Ontario (ACMO) - features an article by Marc Bhalla on page 43 in its focus on 'New Trends and Emerging Technologies'. 

Consistent with the issue's theme, Marc writes about Online Dispute Resolution (ODR).  He explains what it is and reviews the advantages and disadvantages of utilizing technologically-assisted communications to address condominium conflict.
