Marc Bhalla in ADR Update

The Fall 2013 edition of ADR Update - the quarterly newsletter of the ADR Institute of Ontario which is circulated throughout Ontario, Saskatchewan and Manitoba - features Marc Bhalla's article titled Condominium Act Review on page 23.

In his article, Marc summarizes the Dispute Resolution Model developed by the Dispute Resolution Sub-Committee formed by the Joint Government Relations Committee of the Association of Condominium Managers of Ontario (ACMO) and the Toronto & Area Chapter of the Canadian Condominium Institute (CCI), as well as provides an overview of the ongoing legislative review undertaken by the Government of Ontario.
