Marc Bhalla in Condo Contact

The Fall 2013 edition of Condo Contact magazine - the quarterly publication of the Ottawa Chapter of the Canadian Condominium Institute (CCI Ottawa) - features an article by Marc Bhalla on page 14. 

The article, "The Invisible Participant", speaks to the limits of resolution to condominium conflict imposed by the existence of the Condominium Act, 1998 and the importance of recognizing the presence of "the Act" at mediation.
