Elia Associates is pleased to provide a free app to assist property managers, directors and condominium units owners to quickly and easily calculate key dates surrounding notice and owners' meetings on their iPhones, Blackberries and Android devices.  The app calculates the earliest date that a meeting can be held based upon the date of notice issuance or the date by which notice must be issued based upon a meeting date and provides a link to our list of cultural holidays to consider in the course of scheduling owners' meetings.
