Conference Preview: 2 Days to Go!

I am looking forward to attending the Ask the Legal Experts panel (Session 4E). It is a great opportunity for directors, unit owners and lawyers to be entertained while hearing interpretations of cases. As a condominium lawyer and litigator, I often enjoy sitting back and reflecting on the views, opinions and interpretations of recent cases from the courts that are made by the legal panel.

The other aspect of this CCI-GHC conference that I am looking forward to is meeting and connecting with directors, property managers, unit owners, and condominium supplies in the Golden Horseshoe. I find any CCI conference a great opportunity to start building relationships with new individuals who you may not encounter on a regular basis.

Your Condo, Your Community is the name of the 2013 Condominium Conference hosted by the Golden Horseshoe Chapter of the Canadian Condominium Institute taking place on Friday, April 26 and Saturday, April 27, 2013 at the Hamilton Convention Centre.  Richard Elia and Patricia Elia of Elia Associates will be speaking at the Conference and will be attending alongside Antoni Casalinuovo, Ashley Winberg and Marc Bhalla of the CONDOCENTRIC team.  Elia Associates will also be present at Booth 24 and welcome all attending to stop by to say "Hi"!
