Conference Preview: 4 Days to Go!

I am looking forward to an exciting and insightful Opening Remarks and Plenary Session, starting at 9am on Saturday.  This session, a Legislative Update, is expected to expand upon the progress made in the course of the review of Ontario’s condominium legislation, as recently summarized by Armand Conant in his contribution to the Spring edition of Condo News (the quarterly publication of Conference host, the Golden Horseshoe Chapter of CCI). 

Our new Minister of Consumer Services, Tracy MacCharles, will be the Conference’s keynote speaker and I look forward to hearing directly from elected officials as to the status of the process.  All in attendance can expect to better understand the progress made to date now that we are in the second stage of the Condominium Act review and next steps as we move forward.

Your Condo, Your Community is the name of the 2013 Condominium Conference hosted by the Golden Horseshoe Chapter of the Canadian Condominium Institute taking place on Friday, April 26 and Saturday, April 27, 2013 at the Hamilton Convention Centre.  Richard Elia and Patricia Elia of Elia Associates will be speaking at the Conference and will be attending alongside Antoni Casalinuovo, Ashley Winberg and Marc Bhalla of the CONDOCENTRIC team.  Elia Associates will also be present at Booth 24 and welcome all attending to stop by to say "Hi"!
