Marc Bhalla in "Condo News"

The Spring 2013 edition of Condo News - the quarterly newsletter of the Golden Horseshoe Chapter of the Canadian Condominium Institute - features Marc Bhalla's article titled The Art of Communication - Educating Existing Owners.
