Marc Bhalla in "ADR Update"

The Spring 2013 edition of ADR Update - the quarterly newsletter of the ADR Institute of Ontario which is circulated throughout Ontario, Saskatchewan and Manitoba - features Marc Bhalla's article titled Why Condos Must Mediate.

In his article, Marc cites current legislation, recent case law and the feedback gathered by the Government of Ontario in the course of its ongoing review of condominium legislation in the province to support the notion that a conciliatory approach should initially be considered in the course of addressing condominium conflict, whether mediation is mandatory or not.
