City of Toronto Condominium Consultation Update

The City of Toronto has recently released summaries surrounding the first round of public condominium consultation meetings conducted in February and March 2013.   The summaries are available at http://www.toronto.ca/planning/condo_consultation.htm for viewing.

Additionally, a Condominium Living survey is active until April 12th to provide all with the opportunity to directly provide feedback to the municipality.  The purpose of the survey is to help confirm and expand upon the issues of condominium occupants identified by the City of Toronto and to help generate potential solutions.  The survey is intended to be confidential and is estimated to take 15 minutes to complete.

A Discussion Guide is also available to outline the process and issues at hand in respect of this condominium consultation.
