CONDOMINIUM ACT REVIEW - Realtors, have your say!

The Toronto Real Estate Board (TREB) has announced that it recently met with representatives from the Ministry of Consumer Services surrounding the ongoing review of the Condominium Act, 1998, as the Ministry would like realtor input.

TREB also announced that it is working with the Ontario Real Estate Association to provide input to the Government of Ontario and has asked realtors to submit views to it by January 7, 2013 via e-mail for review by TREB's Condominium Committee and Government Relations Committee.
